"Shame dies when stories are told in safe spaces."

Ann Vosk

Jess McKenzie

Jess is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in the final stages of her Master’s in Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University.

She is committed to creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe to share their experiences. Having been through some difficult life transitions herself, she has learned the value of professional support while navigating life’s hardships.

Drawing from a variety of therapeutic techniques, her approach to counselling is primarily person-centred. Jess believes each of us is an expert in our own lives, so she aims to support you while collaborating to find the most effective solution for you.
